Hi, I'm Cas. The bookmarks, lightboxes, shadow boxes and shelf decor I post on MakerWorld are free for you to print at home. If you want to print them and sell the prints — at a craft fair, on Etsy, in your TikTok Shop — that's what the Patreon commercial tier is for.

This page is the whole license, written like a person. What's allowed, what isn't, and how it actually works. No fine-print games.

The basics

What the license actually is

The Goblincas commercial license is a non-exclusive right to print and sell physical copies of any Goblincas design marked with the Standard Digital File License. You get it by subscribing to the founders tier on my Patreon — 50 SEK / month, capped at the first 40 paying members.

You're not buying the digital files. You're buying the right to sell what you print. The files themselves stay personal-use, and re-sharing them isn't part of the deal.

The license stays live as long as your subscription does. If it lapses or gets canceled, the right to sell new prints ends with it.

Who it's for

Made for Etsy sellers, BookTok creators, craft-fair regulars and small studios

This license is for solo makers and small studios, not big platforms.

If you run an Etsy shop and want to add a few printed bookmarks to your listings — this is for you. If you're a BookTok creator selling painted dragon bookmarks to your followers — this is for you. If you're a craft-fair regular pairing prints with candles or hand-bound notebooks — for you. Small shadow-box studio adding Goblincas lightboxes to the catalog — also for you.

The founders tier is capped at 40 paying members. Once those seats fill, that's the cap — no waitlist, no second wave.

Sell physical 3D prints of Goblincas designs on any platform you like.
Use the prints for personal or commercial work while your subscription is active.

You can't

Share, sell, or sublicense the digital files in any form.
Modify, remix, or redistribute the original designs.
Claim the designs as your own work.

The commercial license stays valid only while your Patreon subscription is active.
If your subscription lapses or is canceled, the right to sell prints ends immediately.
Credit Goblincas on every listing, with a link back to the original page where the platform allows.

Here's how the rules land on the situations that actually come up.

You can

Sell printed bookmarks at craft fairs, markets, and pop-ups.
List printed lightboxes, shadow boxes and decor in your Etsy shop.
Sell prints on TikTok Shop, Instagram, or directly via DMs.
Take custom orders from your followers.
Photograph the prints for product shots, flat-lays, and social content.
Print as many copies as you like while your subscription is active.

You can't

Send the .stl, .3mf or sliced file to anyone — even a paying friend.
Re-upload the files to Cults3D, Printables, Thangs, Thingiverse, or any other model site.
Pass the files around in Discord servers, group buys, or zipped bundles.
Edit, rescale or remix a design and publish it as your own.
Keep selling prints once your subscription lapses.
Strip the Goblincas credit from your listings.

Credit Goblincas on every listing, with a link back to the original MakerWorld or goblincas.com page wherever the platform allows.

Heads up: subscribing through the iOS Patreon app adds up to 30% in Apple fees. Use a browser or the Android app and you'll pay the regular price plus tax.

These terms may change over time. Staying subscribed means you accept any updates. Breaking the terms ends the license — and may end in legal action where it's warranted.

Common questions

Can I legally sell 3D-printed bookmarks of Goblincas designs?

Yes — with the Goblincas commercial license. While your Patreon subscription is active, you can print and sell at craft fairs, on Etsy, on TikTok Shop, or anywhere else you sell physical goods.

Can I sell prints of Goblincas designs on Etsy?

Yes. The license covers any platform you sell physical goods on: Etsy, TikTok Shop, Instagram, in-person fairs, your own shop. As long as your subscription is active, you're covered.

Can I share the .stl file with a friend?

No. The license covers physical prints you make yourself, not the digital files. Sharing, sending, or re-uploading the files isn't allowed — even to a paying friend.

What happens if I cancel my Patreon?

The right to sell prints ends the moment your subscription does. You can keep prints you've already produced, but listing or selling new ones isn't covered after the subscription lapses.

How much does the commercial license cost?

50 SEK / month. It's a founders tier — capped at the first 40 paying members. After that, the seats are full.
